Ealy & Associates Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm based out of Western New York. We provide exceptional consulting services for higher education institutions that receive the Department of Education's Title III and Title V Grant Award.
Our mission is simple: To provide external evaluations and project support to recipients of the Department of Education's Title III and Title V Grant Awards.
Our firm has a heart for helping build strong individuals and communities by donating 10-20% of proceeds from each evaluation to 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations whose focus is on at-risk youth programming, domestic violence prevention, drug and alcohol treatment/recovery and breast cancer awareness/research.
Theresa (Ealy) Little has over 22 years' experience working in higher education and served as a Principal Investigator (Project Director) for two U.S. Department of Education's Title III Strengthening Institutions Programs (SIP) projects.
Theresa worked as the Associate Dean for Retention and Multicultural Affairs at Gateway Community and Technical College and as the Assistant to the Dean at SUNY Geneseo's School of Business. She also held various positions in student affairs, serving as a Title III Retention Counselor and a Technical Assistant for a welfare-to-work program helping students with ready to work skills and job placement. She retired from higher education in September 2019.
Theresa holds a M.S. in Student Personnel Administration (SPA), from SUNY Buffalo State and an MBA from Morehead State University. She resides in Lockport, NY, a part of the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metropolitan area. Theresa loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and four granddaughters.
